Murcia Wine Club accepts no responsibility or liability for irresponsible orders, inaccurate data, or injury resulting from any of our Spanish products or services.
Murcia Wine Club can charge in both Euros and Pound Sterling and therefore has the facility to convert all prices on the website from Euros into Pound Sterling using the European Bank.
By ordering through Murcia Wine Club you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Wine, Ibérico Ham and Cheese
When buying your Spanish wines, cavas / Spanish sparkling wines, Champagnes, ibérico hams or cheeses online through Murcia Wine Club, all of your products are fully insured against damage caused during transit although physical evidence is required as proof. Compensation is paid in store credit / gift vouchers.
In some countries or states alcohol and or other products may be prohibited, or only permitted with a valid import license or membership to an agency like the F.D.A. (trade sales).
It is the responsibility of our clients to ensure that they have the right to receive our Spanish wine products (trade sales).
Facilitation of delivery is also a client responsibitlity.
After purchase, wine, ibérico ham and cheese products are non-refundable.
Any weights used are approximate.
A wine substitution policy may be exercised in very rare cases where a requested wine product is out of stock. This is so we can continue to offer our clients and members as efficient a service as possible.

Gift Vouchers
Unfortunately change cannot be given if the full amount of an eVoucher is not redeemed. 
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
